Open Positions
BPO Sales and Job Acquisition Manager
Babajob's key value is that we have the largest collection of blue collar jobs in India. One of the important channels we use to obtain these jobs is the use of
inhouse call center, where we develop relationships with employers and agencies across and enter their job needs into the babajob site.
We are seeking experienced BPO/Call Center managers that can help us scale this part of the business and more deeply engage employers with our call center based sales team.
Desired qualities:
-
A great manager and motivator of junior level BPO talent in India, with at least
8 direct reports.

Experienced in creating phone-based quality tracking systems and employee metrics.

Experienced in creating incentive and compensations systems for Call Center based sales and/or data entry teams.

Candidates should have designed and implemented quality and training programs to maintain sales and data entry quality and keep employees motivated.

Compensation will be based on job data metrics such as:
- Number of repeat employer job postings,

- How well data posting data matches aggregate job seeker demand across India and job categories
Director of New Sales Initiatives
Babajob is also exploring expansion opportunities in several areas and we are
looking for an experienced, dynamic and creative salesperson to design, vet and
pilot these initiatives. It is expected that this position will grow over time
with the Director needing to ultimately hire and manage lower-level salespeople
for each vertical.
Responsibilities to include:

Responsible for sales relationship with large employer and agency accounts

Driving lead resale initiative to placement agencies
- Kiosks using babajob to register job seekers
- Compensation will based on the revenue growth of initiatives
Desired qualities:
- Extensive sales experience and a history of business development in new markets
- Exceptional personal and communication skills - you should be charming and convincing to Indian businesses.
- Experience in the HR/Recruiting field will be considered positively, as will be previous experience in creating lead-generation systems and sales networks.
Internships
We are taking applications for 6 to 12 month long internships from Computer Science students, graduate students in economics, development, informal sector labor, etc. and MBA candidates who wish to work at our offices in Bangalore.
Given our small size, candidates should expect to drive significant projects with great impact on the company.
Accommodation in Bangalore will be provided to candidates along with a stipend.
