Rishi arrived at Babajob as the legendary, New Age marketer with mammoth experience in Consumer Engagement, Digital Marketing, Sports Activation & Integrated Marketing Communications. He has the honour of being Babajob’s first CMO. His goal is to indoctrinate the country by owning all end-to-end customer experiences, across all touchpoints. Prior to Babajob, Rishi was Head of Digital, Pepsico, India Region. In 2010, he set up digital functions and oversaw all portfolio brands and platforms. He has many feathers in his cap from Pepsico including Mobile Marketer of the Year, 2015 - MADDIES Award, Mobile Marketer of the Year - SMARTIES Digital Award, 2015, One Show Interactive for Pepsi IPL, 2013, Digiratti Award 2012, Grand Effie Award 2011, Brand Marketing Team of the Year Award, 2011 amongst many others. In fact, during this time, PepsiCo was chosen as Facebook’s first Global Case Study for an Indian Campaign - Pepsi Change the Game in 2011. Rishi earned his PGDM in Marketing, Strategy and Leadership from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. In a past life he was also an actor. He’s a passionate biker, dabbles in all things creative including painting and playing the drums, and he loves outdoor adventures.
