Job profile:
- Responsible for reservations via voice / email for Four to Five star hotels. The process is sales driven and requires high standards of Quality.
- Perform necessary administrative functions with regards to reservations, cancellations.
- Service oriented, ensure guest delight.
- Resolving their requests, questions & queries.
- Using effective sales techniques to obtain the highest room revenue and sales conversion rate
Requirements
Qualification: Graduation in any stream mandatory, Hotel Management preferably.(Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory)
Experience: Freshers can also apply
Salary: Rs.1, 80, 000 p.a. 2, 30,000 p.a. incentives
Skills Required:
- Pleasing personality with excellent communications skills,
- Quick learner
- Basic mathematics skills
- Smart & well groomed.
Timings: Five working days. Variable shifts (night shifts only for 5 nights in a month). Cab transfers will be provided
