Job Description:
Require an Executive Assistant to the CEO of our organization. The CEO is a warm, friendly businesswoman.
Job responsibilities include:
a) Communication with retail customers, order entry, order management.
b) Coordinating order fulfillment with production team.
c) Managing procurement of items for the order.
d) Helping with accounts and other misc. personal matters of the CEO.
e) Closing the loop with customers and seeking their feedback.
Special Skill-sets required:
1. Hard worker
2. Extremely fluent in english
3. Knows how to converse with high-end customers
4. Knows how to get work out of local staff and suppliers at short notice
5. Can make CEO's life easier by coordinating and organizing her day to day calendar.
6. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Internet, Email etc.
