Responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the smooth operations of the Front Office, Guest Relations, Business Center, Helpdesk and Events.

- Coordinate planning, scheduling and implementation of activities to accomplish work in cooperation with other facility departments and services

- Coordinate work to fit daily schedule in collaboration with all departmental executives.

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the client on site as well as practice excellent teamwork and support for the other members of the service

- Identify client needs and expectations and ensure client satisfaction
-Deal professionally with customer feedback Actively monitor and handle complaints

- Prepare monthly reports for Front Office, Guest Relations, Business Center, Helpdesk and Events respectively for Client review

- Responsible for the grooming, uniform standards, cleanliness, hygiene and overall attitude of the staff

- Responsible for training and replacement of the staff.

- Prepare duty rosters and schedules for staff involved in all activities.

- Train and monitor new hires in daily front desk processes and operations

- Coordinate conference and meeting space allocation based on needs and handle event planning issues

- Perform administrative and customer service works in multiple departments including operations, food services and facilities at the site.

- Assist Human Resources department to coordinate new employee orientations, community training programs and monthly staff recognition events

- Ensure that the Media Center and the Reception area is appropriately set at all times, as per the standards, which includes the cleaning, set-up arrangements and the technical requirements for any particular event.

- Hosting of an event, Greeting the Employees/ Guest on arrival and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Event

- Ensure that the Guest/ Clients are comfortable at all times and solve queries or provide appropriate information to them on request.

- Conduct regular monthly meetings with members of the Front Office and Communication Team to address current initiatives, projects and long term goals.

- Develop monthly training items to foster development and cross training with other departments.

- Monitor guest satisfaction processes, and respond to guest concerns, and inquiries.

Sal RS: 15000 to 20000(negotiable according to the candidate).
Min 5-6 yrs of exp in Hotel Industry.
