1. Outbound Calling : Call existing customers and get feedback about the quality of service , behavior of operations staff , suggestions to improve services, Maintain record and present it to management
2. Inbound Calling : Take Calls on customer care no., register customer grievances, resolve it with the help of operations team, Taking orders on phone and make sure the operations team delivers it on time.
3. Web Orders : Process orders placed on website with the help of operations team.
4. Miscellaneous : Maintaining vendor payment records in excel sheets.
Qualification : Min HSC ( Should be good in spoken English , Hindi , Marathi)
