Job Description
Selected candidates will be working directly with our US based clients to assist them with HR and recruiting projects in various different domains such as IT/Software, Chemical/Mechanical and Biotechnology industries. Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing recruiting assignments for US based clients
- Sourcing candidate profiles using a variety of methods such as job boards and social networking sites
- Speaking with selected candidates on the job role, requirements, present and future growth opportunities
- Conduct screening interviews to match candidate profiles and job requirements
- Manage schedules for candidates and our customers and work activities is necessary
- Work Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM or 3 PM - 12 AM
