1. Daily taking stock/ inventory follow-up of the items from all ambulances in Gujarat/Maharashtra and preparing report.
2. Taking and registering maintenance related problems of all ambulance and informing the same to the concerned person.
3. Taking accident report from all ambulance as well as from the control-room.
4. Preparing ambulance staff report- by checking the daily attendance of all ambulance staff.
5. To inform the duties, shift and location to all ambulance staff members as and when needed.
6. Go for ambulance audits once in a week at least, for topping off the inventories & ambulance checking. Go out for any work related to ambulance operations as and when assigned by the higher authorities.
7. Procure, supply inventory/ official letters or any other thing to the ambulances- when required.
8. Manpower recruitment of ground level staff (drivers & paramedics) when needed/asked for.
9. Firefighting and carrying forward the work as & when assigned by higher authorities.
10. Handling helpline and MAB. |

Salary is negotiable. Candidate must have computer knowledge and should be willing to travel on highways. It is a must that candidate has a 2 wheeler- as the profile demands travelling on the highways, the cost of which would be reimbursed. Candidate will have to and should be willing to work in shift duties. Candidate must be a graduate.
Shift timings-
Morning shift 8:00 to 16:30
Noon shift 11:30 to 20:00
Night shift 20:00 to 8:00
General shift 9:30 to 18:00 |
