1. Analyse operational data for preparation of action plans to improve business and help implement the actions on ground.

1. To work in co-ordination with local team towards achieving common goal of enhancement of revenue & cost reduction.
III) Key Result Areas & Performance Indicators:
1. Earning per Kms (EPKM):
a. Along with unit head and local Operation / Traffic Manager prepare plan to achieve the revenue goal of the individual unit on daily, monthly and yearly basis..
b. To spot trends in the schedules through seasons, peak timings etc and have dynamic options for improving
earnings.
c. To keep a close watch on operated Kms on daily basis and increase/ decrease in Kms is commensurate with the earnings.
d. Ensure operational efficiency as per the RFP or as per company guidelines
e. Analyse data for preparation of action plans to improve business.
f. Present action plans to superiors and help implement the same on ground, by guiding unit team and monitoring during visits.
2. Ensure control room functioning
a. Establish and monitor functioning of control room / info centre on a daily basis.
b. Ensure all required data in/out/lateral flows from/to control room take place in desired formats.
c. Ensure central control room regulates variations in operational parameters, with unit control room leading to
superior operations.
d. Generation of daily / monthly / operations and incidental report
3. Future Development (New & Existing City)
a. Conduct route survey
b. Prepare and execute route establishment plan - preparation of bus schedule, crew schedule, etc.
c. Continuously monitor the route performance to make certain changes like curtailing / extending route to enhance the route earning
4. Designing and Execution of Rewards/ Incentive Schemes
a. Design practical and effective rewards / incentive schemes for increasing operational efficiency and revenues.
b. Assist unit teams in implementing, tracking, validating and finalizing various incentives.
5. MIS Functions
a. Making formats for collections of various data.
b. Monitoring, analysing various data.
c. Making MIS for various meetings, surveys etc.
d. Graphical Presentation of Data.
Personality: - Strong, dynamic and commanding with high IQ and EQ, Good Team Leader, Ability to work under pressure situation, Decision Maker.
Age Group: - Below 35 years
Personal Attributes: - Man management, Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills.

Roles & Responsibilities-
1. To manage day to day basis Samvad Helpline function smoothly
2. Monitor and support other members of Samvad Helpline , especially those working on M&E, Finance, Promotion and Capacity Building for smooth functioning of NGO and submit timely report to trustee
3. Contribute to the planning, co-ordination and implementation of the project work plan for the Samvad Helpline
4. Analyze and document the progress, impact, challenges and lessons learned
5. Maintain and coordinate effective relationships with local stakeholder, SACS, DAPCUs, volunteer, donor and/or any other development partners in the working area.
6. Lead the team, through continuous encouragement, setting clear work /activity plans and close monitoring on the quality aspects of the deliverability through a lead by example approach.
7. Advocacy and Networking with NGOs/Govt. offices.
Essential requirements:
• Master’s degree in social sciences, health or development field (or equivalent)
• At least 6 to 8 years of relevant project management experience in the health or development sectors, including at least 3 years’ middle management experience at State level programme implementation.
• At least 3 years working in HIV prevention program
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of development issues and the HIV epidemic(s) in India,
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in civil society and the government at different levels.
• Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
• Ability and willingness to undertake travel anywhere in India
• Fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.
• The position requires a strong commitment to HIV/AIDS and sexual and reproductive health and NGO activities in India, and a strong interest in and understanding the relevant issues.
Salary upto Rs 20000 per month subject to qualification and experience
