Block Project Manager will be the officer in charge for all works of GLE. He will be responsible for profiling, micro-planning, implementation, awareness and training of SHGs, VOs and CLFs across levels. He will monitor complete operations and ensure achievements of targets of the company.

Role & Responsibility
To work directly with SHG’s, HH’s VO’s & CLF’s for supervision and control of all planning or implementation related activities within the block
Profiling of all beneficiaries (minimum 5000/block) and develop micro plans
Identifying wasteland (Govt.) for plantation and Vermicompost
Continuous monitoring of the block to keep a check on the work progress
Consolidating the work demand from various HH’s within his control
Coordinating with the block coordinator (B.C) to ensure constant data reporting as per company format
Coordination and reporting to Project Manager (Operations) and Project Manager (Technical)
The job will require continuous travel within the blocks in control and work sites

Experience/Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Graduate from recognized institute
2 year experience preferable
Soft spoken with good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills
Preferably having people management experience and a knowledge of the local areas
Sufficient driving experience in cities, highways & tough terrains
Expert on work of MS Office, Internet, Data Reporting

Compensation:INR 1.5 to 2 Lakh CTC
