Plan, direct and coordinate day to day operations. Achieve brand & revenue objectives. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics and SLAs to management. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Implement organizational policies and procedures. Research and analyze industry trends. Check on gaps in performance and take actionable steps to close the gaps. Determine staffing requirements. Interview, hire and train new employees Ensure data confidentiality and other sensitive company information. Build prospects/ business contacts. Attend business meetings. Prepare presentations and proposals. Motivate and monitor subordinates. Develop incentives & handle job appraisals. Be the final point of escalation. Maintain professional standards of accountability, ethics & etiquette in relation to company matters.
Selection Criteria:- a) MBA (Marketing). b) Experience of 2 to 3 years in similar profile. c) Applicants with prior experience or exposure in Domestic International Operations/ Admin/ Research & Development are preferred. d) Good oral and written communication skills. e) Good organizational skills.
