3. Annual filing i.e. Annual Return, Balance Sheet and Profit and loss account in XBRL format
4.Listing Agreement compliance i.e. compliances with respect to the Unaudited Financial Result, sending of secretarial audit, Shareholding pattern and various other compliances as required under the listing agreement and the companies act.
5.Preparation of Notice, Agenda of the Meetings i. e. Board Meeting and Audit committee meetings
6.Preparation of Annual Report especially the corporate governance part of the AnnualReport
7.Conducting Board meeting, Annual General meeting and Extra Ordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company
8 Handling and complying with the activities of the meeting before and after the meeting with the ROC and Stock Exchanges where the shares of the companies are listed.
9.Handling ROC matters
10Handling the disputes of shareholders
11.Handling correspondence with the R& T transfer agent independently.
12.Maintaining various registers as required under the companies act
13.Handling the various activities required to be done under the preferential allotment and dividend payment etc.
14.Backlog of Minutes and ROC work pending if any
15.Filing of necessary forms with ROC i.e. form no. 12, 23AC & ACA, 20B etc.
16 Intellectual property related work i.e. Trade mark, copy right and Patent
17.Incorporation of the Company or change of name etc under the companies act, 1956
18. Or any other services as required under the companies act, 1956 or related to the company secretary work
19.Charge satisfaction work
