Circle Manager is responsible for Survey, documentation, development and maintenance of plant in rural
villages and municipalities. Ensure that the plant is ready within the agreed timelines and update the
status to Head Office on daily basis.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure proper planning is made to visit all the approved plants across India
Effectively deal with all stake holders involved by explaining the project in detail and get the
documentation ready well in advance
Ensure that all the relevant data is collected about the Village / Town / City, Agreements, any
other documentation and submit recommendations to the Operations Manager for analysis and
implementation
Responsible for Plant Associates selection and their HR formalities completion
Civil works to be completed with thorough follow‐up.
Follow‐up with Head Office for material dispatch in time.
Responsible for plant Installation & Commissioning by following project timeline.
Responsible for Bill recording and payment collection.
Ensure that the site survey is conducted and make sure that all basic infrastructure like Place,
Power and Water is in place and submit relevant information to the Operations Manager from
time to time
Ensure that proper record/data is maintained for all the practical difficulties faced during the
site visits
Supervise teams of operators, institute plant policies and procedures, direct training programs
and complete employee performance reviews
Ensure that the plant and its operators comply with state health standards by regularly testing
the water supply and keeping meticulous records
Provide training to the plant operators in Operation, Maintenance, Reconciliation of cash
collection, data and record maintenance
Responsible to make sure that each plant is running to its capacity on a daily basis
Ensure and Validate that proper records are maintained for each plant and the meter readings
are sent to the office on daily basis

Ensure and Analyze the plant performance on daily / weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly and
share the reports /feedback to the management
Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems
Provide clear, track able interpretations of the design/drawings for construction
Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts,
interferences and errors/omissions
Ensure that the plant and its infrastructure comply with state health standards by regularly
testing the water supply and keeping meticulous records
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring all equipment is in proper
working condition
Maintaining the daily logs of water supply meter readings and intimating the same to Head
Office on a daily basis
Create awareness about the affects of contaminated or unsafe drinking water
Motivating the rural and urban people about the need of safe drinking water
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on
the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
