Facilities & Infrastructure management -Carrying out audits of office premises, scheduling & implementing preventive maintenance plans. -Plan and approve all new purchases -Ensuring all smooth functioning of management of company vehicles, maintenance & accountability of office equipments -Responsible for managing front office, EPBAX, Guest House maintenance. -Advising the partnership on a wide variety of administrative issues, as well as hands-on management of the function Maintains records, prepares reports, and conducts correspondence relative to all administrative work. -Ensure to mitigate all statutory compliances like contract labor management, security service agreement, canteen service agreement, lease agreement, vehicle insurance etc Package commensurate with qualification and experience.
