MBA/PGDBM in HR or relevant qualification, with 9 - 12 Years experience in HARDCORE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS in Multi-National Companies which are into Manufacturing / Engineering / Aerospace domain. Must be proficient in understanding and applying relevant labor laws of India.
Responsible for developing and managing a robust compensation and benefits structure, policies and processes to ensure India is competitive in attracting and retaining talent and meeting the changing needs of our business. Also responsible for managing Payroll process, Statutory Compliance and HR Policy, HRIS and HR automation.
Review, design, implement and communicate compensation programs and activities through robust analysis of market data and business direction; Participate in relevant market surveys; Work with Staffing to ensure timely update of Job Description; Manage annual salary review process; Assist HR head in using compensation tools to effectively retain identified talents.
Review, design, implement and communicate benefits programs and activities through robust analysis of market data and workforce demographic trend;participate in relevant market surveys; Monitor utilization of benefits and prevent cost escalation.
HR Systems, Processes & Compliance :-
Manage and improve HR Systems and Processes through cost effective HR Automation projects to achieve the aim of : (i) seamless integration and (ii) meet the needs of HR Audit and Statutory Compliance; Liaise with relevant statutory authorities and make recommendation to ensure compliance to statutory and legislative changes.
Budgeting and Payroll :-
Facilitate the preparation of HR Budget for Salary Overhead and other overheads with inputs from the Business Unit Heads and Senior Management; Review and manage budget for HR department ,Manage smooth and timely disbursement of Payroll.
HR Process Improvement and IT Automation :-
Systematically review and recommend enhanced process or IT automation; Integrate all HR activities through Automation and implementation in line with the business needs and ensure a seamless integration; Efficient MIS & Reporting for decision making, Preparation and review of HR MIS. Ensure the
accuracy and complete data. Provide the analyzed HRMIS back to HR Director for further action.
Create a sustainable and traceable structure and system to properly document different access levels of HR policies; Be HR Policy champion to involve relevant parties to create, review, update and obsolete policies, where necessary; Responsible for HR policies communication to reach intended group of audience.
Experience as Generalist and exposure in dealing with international assignees like., Review,design, compensation programs based on the cost of living. Capture best practices in the market and propose for implementation.
Others: Vendors - Responsible for managing an effective relationship with HR vendors such as consulting companies for compensation and benefits surveys, Legal Consultant,Consultants for automation projects to ensure they deliver satisfactory service.Education Qualification / Experience : Graduate in any discipline with full time
