Position Title: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR MANAGER Reports To: Regional Manager Office Location: BANGALORE, KARNATAKA Start Date: Department: Administrative 15 K -20K
Primary responsibilities of the administrator:
• Greet patients warmly and make them feel comfortable. • Present patients with enrollment documentation for their completion and gather personal and insurance information. • Data entry of patient management system and creating new patient accounts • Call practitioners for waiting patients and act accordingly. • Check patient rooms and take patient to respective room. • Checking out patients • Cash out patients and provide with bills and other documents • Schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients, maintain schedule for the clinician. • Verify that we have correct patient information prior to appointment and follow-ups. • Answer phone calls • Route calls to designated people • Answer enquires of the company • Update calendar appointments • Send email and faxes • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office • Collect and distribute mails, packages and faxes • Schedule meetings in conference room. • Ensure the clinic is tidy and organized • Basic operation of computer, which includes ‘Microsoft office’ and Internet. • People oriented • Must know to speak English, Hindi and The Local Language. • Must dress appropriately

• Graduate/Under-Graduate with at-least 2 years of experience in a related setting • Strong interpersonal skills • Oral communication skills (includes telephone) and written communication skills • Ability to work with physically handicapped patients • Working standard of office equipment and their usage (such as phone, fax and computer) • Understanding of medical reimbursements and medical terminology • Proficient in windows based application as well as Microsoft applications • Ability and desire to learn and perform
Physical demand requirements are considered light work. The job requires frequent sitting, standing, computer entry, telephone use and other general office duties.
