- Oversee online process control including packing while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Procuring all the required raw materials for smooth flow of operations.
- Raw materials evaluations/QA checks, ensuring all raw materials/produce received is strictly as per set parameters and specifications.
- Carry out shelf life analysis of finished products, new products.
- Conduct weekly/fortnightly/monthly food safety audits internally and prepare and maintain the reports of the same.
- Address any issues/concerns pertaining to food safety and quality.
- Ensure all Non conformities are resolved after putting in place corrective action plan.
- Prepare quality manuals & carry out periodic review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all quality operations.
- Adherence to FSSAI guidelines, GMP, GHP and HACCP while maintaining hygiene and sanitation in & around factory premises through routine hygiene audits including Personal hygiene, General hygiene, cleaning of whole unit, sanitization of equipments etc. apart from Weekly hygiene & maintenance rounds.
- Infrastructure & Facilities, Repairs & Maintenance; Monitoring pest control activities
- Develop/initiate quality improvement programmes for raw material, finished products & hygiene.
- Training to the staff on company policies & SOPs, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP.
- Ensuring efficient & timely delivery of products to customers.
- Ensure that proper corrective actions are identified, taken and adhered to, relating to all customer complaints.
- Vendors/Suppliers audit
- Day to day finances and accounting
- Compliance of local laws, rules & regulations, and other company related matter
Desired Profile/Essential Qualifications:
A qualified food technologist with experience of product check and receiving.
