• Ensuring the submission of weekly and monthly action plans of the field teams in accordance with the overall work plan of the organization and the activity scheduling of the Projects being implemented in the State • Documentation of various processes and practices being followed in the State for better understanding and outcomes • Documentation of Best Practices, Success Stories and Social Impact for larger sharing and replication • Incorporation of the tools for better grassroot outreach and community mobilization so as to expand operational base of the organization in the existing as well as new field locations of the State • Ascertaining that the functioning of the Productions team and the Project team is in alignment with the performance benchmarks and priorities set forth by the Head Office • Gathering of requisite data and information about the field operations, artisans and village communities that can enable the HO to decide over the existing and potential interventions in the State in domains of skill development and social development • Inventory management and logistics facilitation for better resource planning and utilization • Complying with the guidelines and protocols relating to field operations and reporting on those through electronic, telephonic and physical means to the Head Office • Maintaining the programmatic and financial records of field operations of the State in accordance with the organizational norms and protocols • Submission of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports capturing the physical and financial progress of the field operations, thus bringing to notice any deviations and their timely rectification as per advice from the Head Office • Coordinating the Implementation of Project(s) in the State and making representations on behalf of the organization in knowledge sharing and review meetings organized by funding partners • Facilitating various other activities as per emerging priorities of the organization |
