Job Description:
1. Valuation for Fixed Assets for Commercial, Residential, Industrial etc.
2. Details regarding the location of the property, address as per title documents
3. Analysis of various property documents such as Sanction Plan, Completion Plan, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed, Lease Deed, Village Plans, Compounding Plans, Occupancy Certificate, Completion certificate, Estimates etc.
4. The building structure and its condition
5. Building/structural faults if any
6. Features of the construction and acceptability
7. Valuation of the property being financed
8. To submit the technical scrutiny report in the prescribed format
9. Submitting MIS to the management
10. Preparing Advance Processing Scheme for projects (APS)
11. Promoted Technical consultancy & Project Management services (TCPM) |
