Deliverables/KPA:
1. Close service calls as per SLA/internal service standards
2. Maintain service quality/customer satisfaction levels as per standard
3. Prepare completed service reports on time

Designation: Software Tester
Evolvetech provides leading technologies services with tailor made application for enterprises and individuals to work with internet, desktop, mobile, ipads, or computers. We also provide custom solutions as a complete device including hardware, software, sales & development, support & maintenance of an entire IT infrastructure. We also develop hardware and software to control the electrical items such as tube lights, t.v., fan, refrigerator etc. through touch screen devices like i pads, laptop, android & mobiles etc which is completely wireless products.
Job Description:
• Identify, examine, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
• Install, maintain, or use software testing programs.
• Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
• Design or develop automated testing tools.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
• Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
• Identify program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.
• Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
• Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
