Desired Qualification :
• B. Arch.
• B.E. Civil or Diploma in Arch. / Diploma in Civil
• Knowledge of Billing/Estimation/Quantity Survey
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Client Interaction (technical)
• Knowledge of NBC and IS Codes is must.
• Knowledge of multi-disciplinary engineering will be an added advantage
Technical Qualification : Must be Knowledge of Auto CAD
Total Years of Experience : About 5-7 years experience in constriction company
Relevant Years of Experience : About 5 years in constriction company
Roles and Responsibility :
• Ensure accuracy in architectural drawings of projects delegated and those outsourced as per various Municipal Norms as applicable. Coordinate with staff for timely delivery of Plans as per Management and Business specification.
• Co-ordinate effectively with Clients/Statutory Authority for getting necessary Approvals and ensure effective execution of plan.
• Give practical solution without sacrificing quality and aesthetics value of project.
• Must be proficient in Architectural Working, Read and Review of Drawings, Area calculation of various works.
• Check Bar Bending Schedule, Contractor Bills
• Attend Technical queries from clients.
• Attend technical meeting with consultants viz. Architect / Structural
Engineers/PCB Consultants / MEP Consultants etc.
Gross Salary : 4 – 6 lakhs per annum |
