Job Description For Site Engineers & Civil Engineers:-
• To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for Projects
• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
• To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
• To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness.
• To check and keep control on the wastage of material at site.
• To check completed projects / building which are ready for possession.
• To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
• To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work.
• To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc.
• power plants, shopping mall cum hotel project. The work at site is already in progress. The position is based in PAN Supervision of site, planning, quality control, etc of Site. The project is the construction of huge infrastructures such as highways, tunnels, dam India

Job Discription For Site Supervisor:-
• To Read the technical specifications on daily basis and check with engineer for clarification.
• At the area of work, Extracting maximum labour output and progress, with utmost priority to quality and aim for zero wastage of material.
• Responsible for commencement of work on time in forenoon and afternoon session.

• Quality to be ensured to 100% for daily work.
• Daily reports to engineer, properly documented on quantum of work done, material and manpower consumption.
• Request for material, Machinery and labour in advance.
• Education: Diploma - Civil
• Experience: 1 to 2 yrs.
