DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the coordination of installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems such as hoisting, lifting and transportation equipments and the pneumatic tools such as grinders, drillers etc
• Provide general support for facilities and maintenance department for office furnishing, maintenance, plumbing, housekeeping etc
• Conduct periodic preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide training and support to the staff
• Ensure that all tools and equipments are calibrated and valid for use
• Ensure that safety procedures are followed up
• Ensure employee discipline, and support employees to redress grievances
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in the maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting techniques
• Knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical/Hoisting Equipments and their repair & maintenance
• Good leadership and communication skill
• Multitasking and result oriented
• Team Building Skills
• Execution skills
• Good communication skill in English both written and oral |
