Scope of work :
1. Collecting data from data collectors and verify whether all details given by data collectors are correct and at right location.
2. check out photographs quality as per photograph standards mentioned in housing-photo manual. {Rules mentioned in “Photography check and data verifications” sheet}
3. Verify data and captions then activate. {Rules mentioned in “Photography check and data verifications” sheet}
4. Send confirmation mail and sms to all client(Broker/ Owner)
5. Maintaining and managing collected form (in files ) and photographs (in computer hard disk).
6. Managing data entry executive to complete the uploading process as soon as possible.
7. Follow {Rules mentioned in “Photography check and data verifications sheet”} and give data collectors score on each data collected as per the sheet.
8. Maintaining data entry performance sheet, checking mistakes of data entry executives.
9. Maintaining attendance sheet for data entry executive. |
