Timing is in the morning at 9 A.M. - 12 P.M., just cook the entire days meals and clean the kitchen and leave, about 3 hours. Monday - Saturday. Be Very Punctual. Non - Veg, mostly.

Qualification does not matter,should be specialist in muslim style biriyani and tandoor items,tamilnadu style parota dosa idli chicken and mutton gravy for a Restuarant.
