1. Scope of the role -
Responsible for the retail sales, Customer Engagement and Store Management.
2. Key Deliverables -
Ø Retail sales targets
Ø GHS target
Ø Maximizing sales and profits of the store
Ø Customer Service and implementation of customer loyalty programs
Ø No shrinkage / pilferage of products / cash
3. The Right Person -
Ø Graduate with 7 - 10 years of experience in retail sales, out of which at least 5 years in Jewellery Industry.
Ø Should be thorough in Store Process and Product Management.
Ø Should have handled & worked with large set of people
Ø Exposure to local retail marketing / promotion activities and customer experience management will be an added advantage
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Should be a team player
Exposure to public relations would be an added advantage
5. Job Profile -
Ø Execution of store sales targets as per plan
Ø Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising
Ø Training and supervision of store staff
Ø Plan and handle store operations, including inventory control and security
Ø Co-ordinate the marketing of the store on a local level
Ø Responsible for upkeep of stores
Ø Monitor security systems
