Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible to achieve the sales revenue target for the Da Milano showroom, customer relationship and walk in client service.
• Responsible for Showroom Sales and must be able to handle elite class of the customer.
• Responsible for handling customer queries and meeting the target assigned.
• Responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding services by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer.
• Responsible to aid customers in locating merchandise.
• Responsible for assisting floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance.
• Responsible for co-coordinating with Showroom Manager.
• Responsible for communicating customer request to management.
• Responsible for any other task as assigned from time to time. |
