SUMMARY
Looking for an experienced Beauty Specialist who can provide beauty services such as pedicure, manicure, massages, facials, waxing, bleach, make-up, threading and nail art. The beauty specialist should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality and most importantly, a good attitude.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze patrons' (ladies and gents) skin and other physical features to determine and recommend beauty and skin treatments.
• Provide different kinds of pedicure and manicure services to patrons.
• Provide facial, bleach, wax and threading services to patrons.
• Massage and treat scalp for hygienic and remedial purposes, using hands, fingers, or vibrating equipment.
• Apply make-up for normal outing, parties and occasions like weddings and receptions.
• Assist patrons to dress them up for parties, weddings, receptions and engagements especially with traditional Indian wear like sarees, lehengaas etc.
• Develop or get trained on new techniques and technologies.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances/products and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods
• Keep work stations and salon clean and sanitize tools and equipment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Looking for a beauty specialist with good communication skills, a pleasant personality and most importantly, a good attitude.
• When required, perform reception duties such as welcoming patrons, answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Operate computer and cash registers to print sales receipts and receive payments from patrons.
• Operate computer to update and maintain customer information records such as patron details and beauty services provided.
• From a behavioral and personal requirement standpoint, the beauty specialist should be able to work under pressure and have patience, attention to detail and some creative flair.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Experienced beauty specialist with 3 years of experience.
• Most of the experience should be in well-established beauty salons.
• Preferably should have obtained training from a reputable training institute.
