Report To: Team Lead
Function: Operations
Responsibility: To render online voice based Sales & Support to CLIENT.

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:
Render customer support to CLIENT customers through voice interactions
Handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to client defined quality norms
Stay updated with latest information on various

CLIENT processes
Adhere to productivity and service levels norms
Adhere to all COPC requirements
Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct
Adhere to Information Security Policies

Skills & Knowledge Necessary
Familiarity of Operating Systems (Windows 7) & internet
Ability to use the desktop computer system:
Typing speed: minimum 21 wpm.
Ability to perform all KCRPs on phone system-
logging in& closing.
Software: demonstrated proficiency in use of
CRM and MS Office - Excel
Technical knowledge
Product knowledge:
Knowledge on B2B Sales process.
Conference facility.

Process knowledge:
Knowledge of Clients Policies and
Case Handling

Reporting/data logging
Written & verbal communication – ability to communicate clearly & correctly
Customer service – ability to empathize with customers & prioritize customer needs.
Good understanding of telephone etiquette Desirable
Planning & organizing skills
Time management
Initiative and pro-activity
Willingness to learn
Adaptability to Various Concepts


Educational Qualification Required: Preferred Any Bachelor Qualification

Work Experience:
Upto-6-months experience as a Customer Service
Executive – Preferred in Sales Background - International.

Willingness to work in Afternoon Shifts with Weekends Off.

Salary 12000 to 25000, negotiable for suitable candidates.
