Currently Hiring 30 full time and part time for an Outbound process for India’s largest Banking/Insurance clients.
• Handling Outbound Customer calls (Domestic process) for non tech processes.
• Welcome Calls, Retention and Renewals.
• The position requires orientation to quality of service, not chasing monthly targets.
Eligibility & Skills
• Fresher/ Experienced
• Graduates and under graduates ( 2 Pass)
• Post Graduates are not eligible to apply
• 18-30 years of age
• Candidate should be good at English and any of these regional languages: Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam.
• Candidate should be good at English, Hindi and any of these languages: Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati or Marathi
• Good typing skills.
Work timings: Fixed Shift 9AM to 6 PM. Sunday OFF.
Interview Timings: 9AM to 3PM (Monday-Saturday)
Candidate should be ready to join immediately with no long leaves plan of 1st 3 months of joining.
