Specific skills needed to perform
Profound knowledge on various verticals within RCM
Should have handled/worked on couple of billing softwares
Past experience in Next Gen practice management software is definitely an added advantage
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should be flexible to work in the night shifts (US timings)
(Company provides transport)
Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
Education:
Graduate in any stream with Minimum 50% & Should be comfortable working in International Voice Process
Pursuing post graduation and willing to work in night shifts are entertained
