9. Responsible to initiate Corrective and Preventive Action.
10. Responsible for healthy HR environment in the division.
11. Authorize to take action on team members, leaders for any breach of discipline or
non-compliance of company procedures.
12. Responsible for Handling of Customer complaints.
13. Appraising all employees based on their performance.
Salary : Rs.20,000 to 25,000/month
