Account Executive.
1. Accounting and Month end close for India manufacturing entities 2. Day to day and month end Indian accounting/reporting activities.
3. Analysis, interpretation and reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts.
4. Preparation of reconciliation statement of bank, Inter Companies & General Ledger.
5. Passing month end closing standard and recurring journal entries
6. Inventory Management including valuations.
7. Statutory compliance reconciliation with excise, Service tax and VAT (Financial vs. Statutory records)
8. Finalizing month end Trial balance and loading to Hyperion consolidation tool. (Global reporting) and Hyperion/horizon review and adjustments
9. Review and complete control over books of accounts.
10. Supporting financial controller for Statutory and Audit requirements.
Compliance
1. TDS/TCS from vendor, TDS from employee payroll, monthly deposit with challans, statement and reconciliations
2. Preparing form 15CB and 15CA for A1/A2 payment to foreign company.
3. Handling MVAT- returns/calculations//filing.
4. Monthly statutory liability calculations for Excise, VAT, Service tax, TDS, GTA.
5. Upload Tax payment before due dates.
6. Complete review, control and reconciliations for compliance accounts.
7. Preparing Service tax input credit availed schedule.
8. Monitoring and support to Plant assistants for Excise, Service tax, GTA (reverse mechanism of service tax)
9. Audit support in respect of statutory, Tax, Transfer pricing and VAT audits.
10.Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts(no exemptions for female candidates)
