2. Managing and leading a Branch Team of Telecaller, Business Development Executives and Business development Managers
3. Recruiting and training Telecaller, Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers
4. Responsible for generating brokerage revenues for the company through sales and purchase of properties
5. Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations.
6. Formulating and successfully implementing marketing and business development strategies
7. Building and developing amicable relationship with builders, developers, sub-brokers and partners
8. Coordinating with builders, developers, sub-brokers and partners
9. Responsible for meeting the revenue targets of whole team and self
10. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
11. Handling client queries
12. Maintaining follow up with clients after sales
13. Understanding real estate market and keeping yourself updated with current trends.
