BABAJOB is looking out for a BPO/CallCenter executive for its CallCenter Team. This would be a Day-shift job. Salary : 8000-10000.
Job Duties & Responsibilities : • To make outbound calls to Jobseekers who are registered in Babajob.com, take their details & complete their profiles on our website. • Probe the jobseekers & try to find out whether they are genuinely looking out for a job. • Clearing all the clarifications & doubts which the Jobseekers have. • Ensuring that the Jobseekers are looking our for relevant jobs (based on their qualification & previous work exp.) • Also attending to inbound calls from Jobseekers.
Desired Traits & Competencies : • Experience : 0-2 years (preferably in Tele-calling/Customer Support/Recruitment consultancy) • Good communication skills (verbal & written) (English,Kannada,Hindi) • Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener • Good telephone etiquettes • Proficient in basic relevant computer applications (data entry, keyboard/typing , etc.) • Customer service orientation, High energy level, stress tolerance, etc. • Trustworthy & Passionate
About Babajob :- Babajob.com is a Bangalore-based start-up that uses the web and mobile technology to connect employers and bottom-of-the-pyramid (BOP) informal sector workers (i.e. maids, cooks, drivers, etc.) with the goal of creating a scalable, replicable and profitable solution to combat poverty. Babajob aims to do this by creating greater market efficiency in the informal sector through voice and web features such as SMS, UssD, automated voice systems, and operator manned call centres, enabling employers and job seekers to find each other.
