job description<br/>1.coordination with hiring managers / partners to identify open positions.<br/>2.ensuring optimum utilization of various recruitment sources like portals, employee referrals, vendors, campus, social networking sites etc. to source the right talent.<br/>3.initial screening & validation of candidates, short listing candidates for technical interviews, administering tests & coordinating with the interview panel for the technical interviews.<br/>4.conducting salary discussions / negotiations with the selected candidate & rolling out offers.<br/>5.close follow up with candidate & all departments to ensure smooth on boarding.<br/>6.conducting reference checks & maintenance of the candidate/indent database.<br/>7.ensuring the targets are achieved on biweekly basis<br/>desired candidate profile<br/>a)strong understanding of recruitment process.<br/>b)1- 3 years of experience in the talent acquisition function.<br/>c)in depth knowledge about job portals & other sources of recruitment.<br/>d)outspoken, strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.<br/>e)Self organized with good time management skills. Should have the ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.<br/>f)Should be a team player.<br/>g)Must have the drive, energy and persistence that are the hallmark of a great recruiter.<br/>h)Target-driven and self motivated, must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.<br/> i)Capable of handling recruitment pressure.<br/>Working knowledge / proficiency with msword/excel/outlook.
