Profile Requirements:
Experience: 6months - 3 years of experience Max - ONLY in a back office domain
Qualification - Any Graduate, MCOM, Diploma, Pursing PG or MBA (We don’t look into completed MBA or PG)
Day Shifts - 6AM -3 PM,12.30PM - 9.30 PM
Domain / Target Industry - BFSI (Banking, Financial Sector or Insurance) is preferable however open to candidates from different industry as well with back office operations background.
Knowledge & Skills:
Essential:
 Basic knowledge of Insurance/Pensions/Finance
 Basic knowledge of computers and MS-Office
 Good written and oral skills in English
 Good interpersonal skills
 Flexibility in terms of shift timings/travelling/process movements
 Analytical and problem solving skills
 Good logical and mathematical abilities
Desirable:
 In-depth knowledge of Insurance/Pensions/Finance
 Proficiency on Macros and advanced MS-Excel functions
 Experience in general insurance or pensions processes
 Experience in letter writing/emails or other correspondence with clients/companies
 Quick grasping potential and ability to multi task as per business requirements
Working Relationships:
 Operations teams and management
 Support functions - Risk and compliance/Business transformation /Actuarial /Finance/HR/IT
 Client Onshore Teams
Job Responsibilities:
 Produce accurate client documentation associated with the respective processes
 To produce work within specified turnaround times.
 Have working knowledge of the core product principles and regulations that govern the products
 Ensure that all statutory and company regulations are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company
 Contribute to the development of a supported and flexible working environment ensuring business needs are met at all times.
 Achievement of individual performance measures as outlined and targets set within performance appraisal as agreed with line manager.
 Understand and contribute to the achievement of individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels Agreements
 Displaying professional communication skills at all levels within Client and with external customers.
 Maintenance of relevant record / logs / timesheet as required by management and for MIS purposes
 Participate and attend any training programs or learning sessions as deemed necessary for enhancing job skills or nominated by managers
