A. A lead is a job seeker that has confirmed interest in your job and matches the requirements mentioned in your job posting.
Q. Will all the job applicants match up to the employer requirements ?
A. We require the employer to provide us up to 3 questions to ask the candidates. We then provide candidates which match up to at least 80% of the employer requirements as per the job description.
Examples of questions include:‘Do you live within 5-10 kms location of the job location?’‘How long were you employed in your previous job?’
Q. Will all the candidates turn up for an in-person interview ?
A. Babajob provides the best leads to the employer based on the requirement match and pre screening process. However, Babajob does not guarantee that an in-person interview will take place.
Q. Will all the candidates be willing to take up the job ?
A. We will provide access to the 10 best matching candidates out of our extensive job seeker database which adds over 50,000+ fresh job seekers every month. In our conversation with them,
we will share the details of your job so that the seeker can decide if they are interested in the position.
However, it’s up to the employer to convince the candidates that it is indeed the right job and the right company for them.
Q. Will I get access to the job seeker’s pre-screening process?
A. Yes. We will provide the audio recordings of the candidates speaking with our executives.
Q. How soon can I expect the contact details of the applicants to my job listing
A. We will take a maximum of 3 business days to receive the first 10 leads.
- RapidHire Plans are valid for 30 days from date of payment.
- Each Plan is valid only for 1 job category and geographical area.
- We require feedback from you on the leads within 24 hours of sending the leads.
- This helps us ensure that we are qualifying the leads appropriately for you.
- Once the RapidHire campaign has begun, the job description cannot be changed. Therefore, we ask every client to double-check their job requirements before the campaign starts.
- We reserve the right to not accept your job requirement, based on the workability that depends on few criterias like geographical location, work timings and at the offered salary level.
