• Planning for meeting the targets and earning profits month on month basis.
• Responsible for planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store, collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports.
• Responsible for sensibly display the merchandise so that it immediately catches the attention of the customers.
• Responsible for acquaint team members with the latest trends in retail, responsibility to delegate responsibilities to the subordinates according to their specializations and extract the best out of them.
• Responsible for managing the assets of the store as well as the security and safety of the store, must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock”.
• Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and also ensure Proper retail penetration.
