 Played a vital role in the design and implementation of ERP module for all the three stores. Assisted the ERP team. Co-ordinated with other functions to satisfy their requirements in the ERP. The design was made to replace the existing UNIX data base, satisfying all the needs such as improved material coding and tracking, various reports including analytic reports, recording of transactions, etc and meeting other present / further requirements.
 Underwent numerous US Customer / ISO Surveillance / Renewal Audits and Internal Audits for a span of 5 years; succeeded in all the audits without Non conformities.
