About myself.
I was presently working for Venus Group Pvt.Ltd. as an Executive Chef.
Its has 3 Hotels (Hotel Royal Inn, Hotel Royal Suites & Hotel Royal Tranquility) all in Bangalore.
I am basically from Goa.Married N have 1 daughter studying in Bangalore, Wife is a teacher by professional teaching in Bangalore.
I have total experience of 20yrs in this field.
I have done 6 months course in Abu Dhabi (UAE) Sharoton Hotel in Italian Cuisine under chef Reno from Italy.
I am Basically a all rounder in all the cuisine, But very strong in continentel Cuisine.
I have very good man mangement skill.
I am good knowledge of food cost.
My strong part is that i like to develope new dishes n present to the guest after interacting with them.
I have done many different types of food festival's in different hotels, resorts N restaurants.
Hobbies - i do thermocal art work, veg & fruit Carving.
